农村文艺队发展不仅与农村物质文明的显著提升和政府引导农村文化建设的政策激励相关,更具根本性意义的是与农村社会结构和社会组织变迁密切相关。在农村社会组织成员对社会"结构性权力"分配诉求下,文艺队嵌入社会组织体系成为社会组织结构的重要组成部分,并通过歌舞展演的形式参与社会交往和社会互动,成为组织成员参与社会竞争、实现社会资本和强化组织凝聚力的重要途径,从而赋予农村文艺队持续发展的动力和强劲的生命力。
