全要素生产率视角下安徽经济转型发展研究——基于随机前沿模型

Research on the Economic Transformation Development of Anhui Province from the Perspective of Total Factor Productivity——Based on Stochastic Frontier Model

基于供给侧结构性改革背景,运用超越对数生产函数的随机前沿模型(SFA),测算并分解安徽省2000~2015年16个地级市的全要素生产率(TFP),研究表明:安徽省在2000~2015年间TFP总体上呈现先降后升、再逐渐下降的变化趋势,分解后发现其中技术进步推动了TFP的增长,而技术效率和规模经济效率的降低弱化了其作用;同时从要素贡献率角度发现目前安徽省经济增长方式正在由资源型向效率型转变;最后从经济转型的空间差异来看大部分城市TF P在改善,其中皖中地区的TFP提升程度高于皖北和皖南地区。

Based on the background of supply side structural reform,the total factor productivity of 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province from 2000 to 2015 is measured and decomposed by the stochastic frontier analysis(SFA),which has exceeded the trans-log production function,the research shows that:the overall trend of TFP in Anhui Province was that it decreased first and then increased,and decreased gradually afterwards,through the decomposition of TFP,technological progress has promoted the growth of TFP,while the reduction in technical efficiency and efficiency of scale economy weakened its effect;at present,the economic growth of Anhui Province is changing from resource-base model to efficiency-based model from the perspective of factor contribution rate;finally,the spatial difference of economic transformation shows that the TFP of most cities are improving,and the improvement of TFP in the central region of Anhui is higher than that in the northern and southern parts of Anhui province.
