摘要
以格力电器为案例,研究企业核心人物变动对企业商誉的影响。案例分析表明企业核心人物的股权变动、职权变动以及外部影响力变动对企业商誉都具有正向影响。但是由于案例和现实情况的约束,在股权变动和职权变动方面无法实现完全客观和充分的证明。研究认为企业应当适当保持核心人物的股权、职权以及外部影响力的稳定和有效提升,从而约束企业盲目通过核心人物的变动来进行企业改革与发展。
The article studies influences on goodwill from alterations of enterprise core character perspective with example of the GREE.This case study indicates that stock transfer,power transfer and external influence transfer of enterprise core character would make positive impacts on corporate goodwill.But under the constraint of the case and current situation,we could not make completely objective and sufficient demonstration in aspect of stock transfer and power transfer.The article thinks that enterprise should maintain stabilization and effectively improvement of stock rights,power and external influence of enterprise core character appropriately.So we could resfrain enterprise of alterations of enterprise core character to a chieve innovation and development blindly.
