温度和水分对梁山慈竹生态化学计量学特征的影响 被引量:2

Effects of temperature and different moisture on ecological stoichiometry of Dendrocalamus farinosus

摘要 为探究梁山慈竹对温度和水分的响应模式,利用间歇式增温和不同浇水量处理梁山慈竹实生植株,研究其根、茎、叶干重,净光合速率以及C、N、P、S元素含量及比值。结果表明:增温处理组中,不同水分处理与增温对照组相比,梁山慈竹各器官干重、茎叶C/P显著上升(P<0.05),但根和茎的C/S和N/S极显著下降;不同水分处理下的植株各器官的干重要低于对照组,在150%的浇水量(HR)处理下,梁山慈竹叶C/N和C/P显著下降(P<0.05),根C/S和N/S极显著上升,而茎和叶的C/S和N/S极显著下降;增温与HR互作下,梁山慈竹的各器官干重上升、根C/P下降,茎叶C/P显著上升;而增温和不同水分及其交互作用下对叶片净光合速率无显著影响。研究表明,梁山慈竹能通过调节自身元素生态化学计量学比值以应对变化的环境,在增温、HR及其二者互作下,梁山慈竹的生长未受到N或P的限制,但对S元素的需求增加。 In order to explore the response pattern of Dendrocalamus farinousus to temperature and water,the paper used intermittent warming to treat D.farinousus plants with different amount of dry water and the root,stem,leaf weight,net photosynthetic rate and content of C,N,P,S and their ratios were studied.The results showed that the dry weight and C/P of stem and leaf of D.farinousus organs increased significantly with the increase of temperature,but the C/S and N/S of root and stem were significantly decreased;under HR treatment,C/N and C/P in D.farinousus leaves decreased significantly(P<0.05),the C/S and N/S of plant roots increased significantly,while the C/S and N/S of stem and leaf decreased significantly;when the temperature rose with the high water,the dry weight of various organs of D.farinousus increased,and the C/P of roots decreased,and the C/P of stems and leaves increased significantly;there was no significant effect on net photosynthetic rate under different moisture,different temperatures and its interaction.In conclusion,the results suggested that D.farinousus could respond to a changing environment by regulating its ecological stoichiometry,the growth of D.farinousus was not limited by N or P under the treatments of warming,HR and its two interaction treatments,but the demand for S increased.
