程序升温条件下煤自燃倾向性实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 为验证湖西褐煤、柴里气煤、袁庄气肥煤及百善无烟煤四种不同变质程度煤样的自燃倾向性,测试其在程序升温条件下的交叉点温度、40℃~200℃范围内的CO浓度及40℃~70℃的O_2浓度。结果表明,随着变质程度的升高,同一温度下生成的CO量逐步减少,O_2浓度逐步增加;且交叉点温度值(CPT)也随变质程度提高逐步增加,以此可知四种煤的自燃倾向性从高到低为:湖西褐煤、柴里气煤、袁庄气肥煤、百善无烟煤。 In order to verify the spontaneous combustion tendency of four types of coalwith different degrees of metamorphism,Huxi lignite,Chaili gas coal,gas fat coalin Yuanzhuang gas coal and anthracite in Baishan,cross point temperature(CPT),CO concentration of 40℃~200℃,and oxygen concentration of 40℃~70℃under temperature programmed condition were measured.The results show that,with increasing the degree of metamorphism,the amount of CO generated under the same temperature gradually reduced,the concentration of O2 increased gradually;and the cross point temperature(CPT)increased gradually increasedwith metamorphic grade,so that the spontaneous combustion tendency of four coal can be sorterd from high to low:Huxi lignite,Chaili gas coal,gas fat coalin Yuanzhuang and anthracite in Baishan.
