摘要
巷道掘进支护是矿井生产的必然工序,为了取得良好的掘进支护效果,结合斜沟矿23114工作面实际情况,为该工作面材料巷研究制定掘进支护方案。首先结合该矿实际情况,设计了巷道断面形状和规格,再根据综掘机特性和实际情况,制定了截割顺序和运煤方案;通过分析研究增加支护效果的技术措施,提出了锚杆+锚索+钢带+金属网+底板硬化联合支护方案并给出了具体实施方案和要求。
The roadway excavation supporting is the inevitable process of mine production.In order to achieve good tunneling supporting effect,combined with the actual situation of the 23114 working face of Xiegou Coal Mine,the authors studied the drifting supporting plan for the material roadway of the working face.Firstly,according to the actual situation of the mine,the section and shape of the roadwaywas designed;then,according to the digging machine characteristics and the actual situation,the cutting order and coal transportation scheme were formulated.Through analysis and research,combined supporting scheme was put forward,that is bolt+anchor+steel+metal mesh+plate hardening,and specific implementation plan and requirements were also introduced in the paper.
