摘要
通过对现有的两种紧固方式(螺栓螺母紧固方式和螺钉壳体紧固方式)进行分析,找出其缺点和不足,并在此基础上设计了一种新型螺钉异形螺母紧固方式。该紧固方式通过异形螺母和螺钉的相对转动来提供扭矩,将壳体和行星机构传动零部件进行轴向紧固。具有工艺好、连接可靠、结构合理、维修便捷等特点,可有效地解决薄煤层采煤机摇臂行星机构的松动问题。
In this paper,two kinds of existing(fastening nut fastening bolt and screw fastening shell way)were analyzed to find out the shortcomings and deficiencies,and on the basis of the design,a new type of fastening mode of screw and special nut was designed.It can provide torque by using relative rotation ofscrew and special nut,and the shell and parts ofplanetary gear transmission can be fastened in the direction of axis.It has the characteristics of good technology,reliable connection,reasonable structure,convenient maintenance and so on.It can effectively solve the problem of the loosening of the planetary mechanism.
