采煤机滚筒失效及零部件材料选择研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于煤矿井下作业环境复杂,致使采煤机滚筒诸如输出轴、齿座、螺旋叶板、端盘板等零部件易发生故障。针对采煤机滚筒输出轴破坏失效进行分析研究,总结了其破坏失效的内部原因,介绍了目前主要使用的齿座材料、螺旋叶板和端盘板材料所含化学元素及其力学特性,通过比较最终选出了各部件的最佳材料。 Due to the complex operation environment of coal mine,the failure of shearer drum such as output shaft,tooth holder,spiral leaf plate and end plate is failed.Aiming at the failure of the shearer drum shaft after the research and analysis,the authors summed up the internal causes of the failure,introduced the use of the tooth material,spiral blade plate and plate plate materials containing chemical elements and mechanical properties,by comparing the best material components were selected.
