摘要 介绍了一种矿用水动力钻进割缝系统,通过研究行业相关产品的优缺点,设计开发了以纯水为动力的钻进系统。同时结合煤矿瓦斯治理技术需要,系统集成了高压水割缝功能。该系统主要包括以下几个子系统:带压水产生装置、水压控制器、水力推进系统、高压密封钻杆、自旋转振动割缝装置。并且对该系统中的关键部件进行了详细介绍,同时结合图纸对每个部件组成及工作方式进行了论述。 This paper introduced a kind of mine water power drilling cutting system,by analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the industry related products,the drilling system using water as power was designed and developed;at the same time,combined with coal mine gas control technology,high pressure water cutting function was added in the system.The system mainly includes the following subsystems:water pressure generating device hydraulic pressure controller,hydraulic propulsion system,high pressure sealing pipe,rotation and vibration cutting device;the key components of the system were introduced in detail,combined with the composition of drawings,each component and working methods were discussed.
