摘要
以江苏徐矿发电公司2×300 MW循环流化床锅炉为研究对象,原炉内脱硫系统经过湿法脱硫技术改造后,烟囱自拔通风力降低,烟气阻力增大,同时,入炉原煤掺烧煤泥量比例加大,烟气流量增加,原离心式引风机已不能满足系统的使用要求。通过分析烟气系统和各设备阻力特性,对比风机选型参数、特点等,选用双级动叶可调式轴流式引风机,不仅能够满足锅炉脱硫改造对风机压头、流量的要求,使机组能够连续满负荷运行,而且提高了循环流化床锅炉超低排放改造后运行的稳定性。
Taking the 2×300MW circulating fluidized bed boiler in Jiangsu Xukuang Utilization Power Generation Co.,Ltd.as the research object,the original desulfurization system was transformed by using the wet desulfurization technical tation,smoke resistance increases,at the same time,the proportion of coal slime content of raw coal into furnace increased,the amount of flue gas flow increased,too.the original centrifugal induced draft fan cannot meet the requirements of the system.By analyzing the characteristics of the flue gas system and the resistance characteristics of each equipment,comparing the selection parameters and characteristics of the fan,the two-stage adjustable axial fan type fan was selected to meet the demand of the boiler for desulfurization,and could enable the unit to run at full load,the stability of the circulating fluidized bed boiler after the transformation of ultra low emission was improved.
