摘要
重庆市煤矿事故风险分析平台以互联网云计算、大数据技术为基础,将煤矿基本情况、基础数据、工业视频、安全监控、人员定位、隐患排查等信息融为一体,并借助三维地图系统将部分数据进行立体展现,同时实现与国家安全监管总局(国家煤矿安监局)、重庆煤监局所属监察分局、区县煤矿安全监管部门、全市煤矿企业之间对接,为重庆煤监局(市煤管局)沟通协调监察监管工作、实时了解掌握煤矿生产安全情况、组织开展远程监察监管,以及开展事故风险分析评估等工作提供有效手段和便捷途径。
On the basis of internet cloud computing and large data technology,the Chongqing coal mine accident risk analysis platform integrates the basic situation,basic data,industrial video,safety monitoring,personnel location,hidden trouble investigation and other information into a whole,and presents some data with the aid of a three-dimensional map system,and realizes the connecting with the State Safety Supervision Bureau(State Coal Safety Supervision Bureau),the supervisory branch of the Chongqing Coal Supervision Bureau,the safety supervision department of the district and coal mines in the counties,and the coal mining enterprises in the city.It also provides effective means and convenient ways for Chongqing Coal Supervision Bureau(Chongqing City Coal Management Bureau)to communicate and coordinate supervision work,obtain the safety situation of coal mine production in real time,organize and carry out remote monitoring and supervision,and carry out accident risk analysis and evaluation.
