摘要
员工培训是企业自主开发人力资源、提高员工综合素质、培养人才、增强企业发展后劲的有效途径和重要工作。但企业在员工培训具体实施过程中,往往难以取得理想的效果,产生种种问题。探讨了企业员工培训工作的目的意义,分析了当前企业员工培训存在的问题,并提出相应的对策措施,以使员工培训工作更好地服务于员工职业生涯发展和企业的创新发展。
Employee training is an effective way and important work for enterprises to independently develop human resources,improve their comprehensive quality,cultivate talents and enhance their stamina.But in the process of employee training,it is difficult to get the ideal effect and produce all kinds of problems.This paper mainly discussed the purpose and significance of employee training,analyzed the problems existing in current employee training,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to make staff training better serve employees'career development and enterprise's innovation and development.
