摘要
本文从包容型领导的内涵与价值入手,结合中国传统文化的核心思想,深入分析中国情景下包容型领导的独特意义。本文采用访谈法与案例分析法,通过与27位职员的28次访谈,获取了第一手资料并据此研究。研究揭示了包容型领导的内涵,分析中国人眼中包容型领导者的特质。本文证实了"容错误"是中国情境下最为重要的包容型领导内涵,并建构了有效的容错误INCP行为模型。丰富了相关理论,对各类企业的管理者与被管理者的实践应用做出了贡献,对于已经和将要在中国设立分、子公司的外资企业而言,也具有重要意义。
This paper started from the content and value of inclusive leadership,based on the core idea of Chinese traditional culture,deeply analyzed the special and specific meaning of inclusive leader under given Chinese situation.In this study,interviews and the case study method are employed.Through 28 times interviews with 27 staff,the first-hand materials have been obtained.The author accordingly studies the connotation of inclusive leadership in Chinese context,and expounds on the inclusive leader?s traits in the eyes of Chinese people.The research confirms that the“error tolerance”is the most important connotation of inclusive leadership in the Chinese context.The author also analyzes the reasons for“error tolerance”and constructs an effective behavioral model of“error tolerance”,i.e.INCP behavioral model.This study not only enriches the connotation of inclusive leadership,but also makes a contribution to the managees?and managers^practical application in various types of enterprises.For foreign-funded enterprises which are preparing for setting up subsidiaries in China,this study also has important practical meanings.
