摘要
全球化背景下,组织间合作已成为获取竞争优势的重要途径。本文从组织学习理论、社会网络理论、社会资本理论等不同视角对组织间知识获取的研究进行了总结和梳理,构建了组织间知识获取研究框架。此外,本文进一步分析了现有研究中存在的问题和不足,并在此基础上对未来研究进行了展望。
Under the background of globalization,inter-organizational cooperation has become an important way to gain competitive advantage.Based on the organizational learning theory,social network theory,social capital theory and so on,this study present a systematic review of inter-organizational knowledge acquisition.We develop an integrative framework of studies on inter-organizational knowledge acquisition,and further analyze the shortcomings in existing research.Finally,the future research direction is proposed.
