组氨酸的生理功能及在动物生产中的应用

Physiological function and application of histidine in animal production

组氨酸是组成机体蛋白质的氨基酸之一,同时也是动物合成肌肽和鹅肌肽等功能性二肽的前体物质。饲料中适量添加组氨酸可改善动物生产性能,增加肌肉肌肽含量,增强机体抗氧化能力。本文综述了组氨酸的来源和代谢、生理功能、营养需要量及在动物生产中的应用,以期为组氨酸在畜牧生产中科学应用提供参考。

Histidine is the protein building amino acid and also served as the precursor of carnosine and anserine.As a nutritional supplement to increase the content of carnosine and ability of antioxidant,histidine has greatly gained the interest of scientific field.It is reported that histidine could improve the growth performance,increase the carnosine content and ameliorate the antioxidant defense system.The paper reviewed the source and metabolism,physiological functions,nutritional requirement and the application in animal feeding of histidine in order to provide theoretical basis for animal production.
