复合蛋白酶添加量对鲁烟白猪生产性能、养分消化率及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为研究复合蛋白酶添加量对鲁烟白猪生产性能、养分消化率及血液生化指标的影响,试验选择健康去势、初始体重(26±1)kg的鲁烟白猪生长公猪150头,按照随机区组设计的原则进行分组。玉米-杂粕型基础日粮中复合蛋白酶的添加量为0%、0.05%、0.075%、0.1%、0.125%5个水平处理组,每个处理分为3个重复,每个重复10头猪。试验期为28 d。结果表明:在玉米-杂粕型日粮中,随着复合蛋白酶添加量的增高,耗料增重比显著降低(P<0.05),且0.1%组与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01);复合蛋白酶对玉米-杂粕型日粮中粗蛋白质的消化率影响显著,其消化率分别提高了0.88%、1.84%、2.78%和1.25%,且添加量为0.075%和0.1%时与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01);血清总蛋白含量各试验组均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),血清尿素氮除0.05%组外,其他各组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),且0.075%和0.1%组与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01)。由此可知,在本试验条件下复合蛋白酶在鲁烟白猪玉米-杂粕型日粮中的适宜添加量为0.075%。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of protamex on production performance,nutrient digestibility and blood biochemical index of Lu-yan white pigs.One hundred and fifty castrated,healthy growing Lu-yan white pigs on average body weight of(26±1)kg were be used in this experiment.They were divided into 5 groups according to the principle of random group design.The addition amount of compound protease in corn-miscellaneous basal diet were 0%,0.05%,0.075%,0.1%,0.125%.Lu-yan white pigs were assigned into 5 treatment groups with 3 replicates per treatment and 10 pigs in each replicate.The trial period was 28 days.The results showed that the feed weight gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the difference between 0.1%group and control group was significant(P<0.01)in the cornmiscellaneous meal diets with the increase of compound protease content.The digestibility of crude protein were significantly increased by 0.88%,1.84%,2.78%and 1.25%,respectively,when the additions were 0.075%and 0.1%were significantly higher than the control group,respectively.The serum total protein content of each test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Except for 0.05%group,the serum urea nitrogen of other groups were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the 0.075%and 0.1%groups were significantly higher than the control group,respectively(P<0.01).It concluded that the suitable dosage of the compound protease in the maize white pig corn-miscellaneous meal diet was 0.075%under the experimental conditions.
