摘要
柑橘渣是柑橘加工过程中的副产物,如何利用柑橘渣资源是目前人们广泛关注的问题。改善柑橘渣的营养价值和适口性,使其成为可利用的动物饲料是较理想的处理方式。本文对柑橘渣的营养成分,发酵方式以及饲喂柑橘渣对不同动物的生产、生长性能的影响等进行综述,以寻求柑橘渣饲料化利用的最佳途径。
Citrus pulp is by-product in processing of citrus fruits,and how to utilize the citrus pulp have been focused concern on.An alternative strategy is to process citrus pulp into feedstuffs by improved the nutrient value and palatability of citrus pulp.This paper reviewed the nutrient composition and fermentation methods of citrus pulp,and their impact on livestock and poultry performance.Aimed to find the best way to feed the citrus pulp.
