摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定10%丙硫菌唑悬浮剂中有效成分质量分数。采用甲醇+水为流动相,Hypersil ODS2(5μm)为填料,在254 nm波长下进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法线性相关系数为0.999 9,标准偏差为0.05,变异系数为0.5%,平均回收率为100.2%。该方法灵敏度高,操作简单、快速,适用于10%丙硫菌唑悬浮剂的质量控制。
A method was developed for quantitative analysis of prothioconazole 10%SC by HPLC,using methanol and H2O as mobile phase,on Hypersil ODS2 column,with wavelength of 254 nm.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of the method was 0.999 9,the standard deviation was 0.05,the variation coefficient was 0.5%,and the average recovery was 100.2%.The method was simple,accurate,and could be used for quality control of prothioconazole 10%SC.
