摘要
目的:分析眼针联合电脑辅助认知训练方法对于脑卒中患者认知障碍的治疗效果。方法:选取2014年11月-2016年11月本院收治的脑卒中后认知障碍并接受康复治疗的患者80例,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。两组患者均进行电脑辅助认知训练治疗,观察组在此基础上增加眼针辅助治疗,两组均治疗8周。分别于治疗前后对两组患者进行洛文斯顿认知测试(LOTCA评分)、FUGL-MEYER运动功能测定(FMA评分)、Barthel指数量表(MBI)评估,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者的LOTCA、FMA及MBI评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组患者的LOTCA、FMA及MBI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论:眼针联合电脑辅助认知训练方法对于脑卒中患者认知障碍的治疗效果显著,对认知功能改善全面,治疗效果明显优于单纯电脑辅助认知训练治疗的患者。
Objective:To analyze the effect of eye-acupuncture combined with computer assisted cognitive training on cognitive impairment in patients with cerebral apoplexy.Method:A total of 80 patients with cognitive impairment after cerebral apoplexy were treated with rehabilitation therapy in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2016 were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.They were treated with computer assisted cognitive training,and observation group increased eye-acupuncture treatment on the basis of this,they were treated for 8 weeks.The Lo Winston cognitive test(LOTCA score),FUGL-MEYER exercise function test(FMA score)and Barthel index scale(MBI)before and after treatment between two groups were evaluated,and the clinical effects of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the scores of LOTCA,FMA and MBI in two groups were all higher than those of before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of LOTCA,FMA and MBI in observation group were all higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Eye acupuncture combined with computer assisted cognitive training has a significant effect on cognitive impairment in patients with cerebral apoplexy,and improves cognitive function,the treatment effect is better than that of patients with computer assisted cognitive training.
