临床综合护理策略对提升冠心病患者生活质量的价值探讨

The Value of Clinical Comprehensive Nursing Strategies on Improving the Quality of Life in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨临床综合护理策略对提升冠心病患者生活质量的价值。方法:选取2015年7月-2016年7月本院收治的冠心病患者80例。依据护理模式将其分为采用常规护理模式的对照组和采用临床综合护理策略的观察组,各40例。比较两组生活质量、并发症及护理满意情况。结果:观察组患者生理职能、精力、生理功能、总体健康、情感职能、躯体疼痛、社会职能及精神健康评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症率为12.50%,低于对照组的37.50%(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意为100%,高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05)。结论:临床综合护理策略在冠心病患者中应用可明显降低并发症发生率,提升患者生活质量和护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the value of clinical comprehensive nursing strategy in improving the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease.Method:A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected.According to the nursing mode,they were divided into control group which adopted the conventional nursing mode and observation group which adopted the clinical comprehensive nursing strategy,40 cases in each group.The quality of life,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:The scores of physiological function,energy,physical function,general health,emotional function,physical pain,social function and mental health in the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The rate of complications in the observation group was 12.50%,which was lower than 37.50%of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 85.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical comprehensive nursing strategy in patients with coronary heart disease can obviously reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,which is worth popularizing.
