摘要 为了解决路基在施工与运行时变形/沉降的安全监测问题,满足其自动化、实时性与长期性的监测要求,设计了基于GNSS的铁路路基安全监测系统。该系统通过收集高精度卫星定位信息,采用相关函数和模糊综合处理对铁路路基水平位移与垂直沉降进行实时监测。采用GPRS网络实现监测终端与远程控制中心的通信,满足远程数据传输与命令控制要求,同时采用短信息方式实现对监测终端无响应的应急处理,提高系统可靠性。经山西中南通道重载铁路监测实验表明,系统能长期对铁路路基的位移/沉降进行实时监测,并能合理分析出路基的变形趋势,从而提高了铁路路基监测的自动化水平,同时监测误差精度达到1~2 mm,满足了铁路路基位移/沉降的监测要求,为铁路路基安全监测提供了可靠的监测与监控手段。 In order to solve the safety monitoring problems of subgrade deformation and settlement,and meet the requirements of its automation,real-time and long-term monitoring,a railway subgrade safety monitoring system based on GNSS was designed.The positioning information of high-precision satellite was collected,the correlation function and fuzzy comprehensive treatment were used to monitor the horizontal/vertical values of railway subgrade real-timely,and the remote transmission and control were realized through GPRS.The short message was used for realizing the emergency control to the monitoring terminal,so as to improve the reliability of the system.Shanxi Zhongnan heavy embankment monitoring channel experiments show that the accuracy of monitoring error reaches 1?2 mm,the system can monitor the displacement/settlement real-timely and longtermly,and then improve the automation level of railway subgrade monitoring.It meets the railway subgrade settlement monitoring requirements,and provides a reliable safety monitoring means for railway subgrade.
