绕组分段永磁直线同步电机切换控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了实现绕组分段永磁直线同步电机(SW-PMLSM)稳定运行控制,对绕组切换控制方法进行了研究。结合SW-PMLSM的结构及调度策略,分析了绕组切换过程中的推力变化,认为永磁体动子纵向的长度等于单台定子纵向长度的整数倍时,动子在移动过程中所受的合成推力将基本维持不变。提出了基于PMLSM直接推力控制及PLC绕组切换运行控制的总体方案,设计了动子位置检测及绕组切换控制系统。最后利用SW-PMLSM直驱无绳提升机进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,SW-PMLSM定子绕组切换过程运行平稳,能耗制动可将电机的运行速度限制在一个稳定范围,具有较好的后备保护功能。 In order to realize the stable operation control of the segment winding permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(SW-PMLSM),the winding switching control method is researched.Combined with the structure and scheduling strategy of SW-PMLSM,the thrust in the process of winding switching is analyzed.When the longitudinal length of the mover is equal to an integeral multiple of the longitudinal length of a single stator,the resultant force during the operation of the mover will remain basically unchanged.The overall scheme based on the direct thrust control and the operation control of PLC winding switching was proposed.The mover position detection and winding switching control system was designed.Finally,the experimental on the rope-less elevator driven by SW-PMLSM was conducted.The experimental results show that the SW-PMLSM runs stably during winding switching process,the energy-loss brake can restrict the descent velocity within a lower range to ensure the losing power protection.
