康复计划护理在甲状腺切除术后的应用及效果分析

Application of Rehabilitation Program Nursing after Thyroidectomy and Its Effect Analysis

目的:探究康复计划护理在甲状腺切除术后的应用及效果。方法:选取本院2015年3月-2017年1月间收治的实施甲状腺切除术患者80例,对照组40例实施常规护理,观察组40例在对照组护理的基础上实施康复计划护理,观察比较两组患者临床情况、护理满意率及焦虑和抑郁状况。结果:观察组总满意度明显高于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组焦虑和抑郁评分明显低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复计划护理在甲状腺切除术后的应用及效果分析发现,其能够帮助患者及时恢复,减少并发症发生的同时改善患者心理状况,提高患者对于护理的认可程度,因此值得临床借鉴。

Objective:To explore the application and effect of nursing care in the rehabilitation program after thyroidectomy.Method:80 cases of thyroidectomy were enrolled in our hospital from March 2015 to January 2017,40 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing.40 patients in the observation group were treated with rehabilitation program nursing in the control group.The clinical conditions,nursing satisfaction and anxiety and depression of two groups were compared.Result:The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were not significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation program nursing care in the application and effect analysis of post thyroidectomy,which can help the patients recover in time,reduce the complications and improve the psychological status of patients,improve the degree of recognition of care for patients,it is worthy of reference.
