多学科合作快速康复外科护理在腹腔镜异位妊娠手术中的应用

Application of Multidisciplinary Cooperation Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Nursing in Laparoscopic Ectopic Pregnancy Surgery

目的:探讨多学科合作的快速康复外科护理模式在腹腔镜异位妊娠围手术期中的具体方法和应用效果。方法:选取本院2014年1月-2017年5月妇科收治的80例腹腔镜异位妊娠手术患者,随机分成两组,每组各40例。试验组采用多学科合作的快速康复护理模式,对照组采用传统护理模式,比较两组手术患者的护理效果(术后恢复情况、护理服务满意度、不良反应和并发症发生率)。结果:试验组患者首次肛门排气时间、平均住院时间和下床活动时间明显短于对照组,护理服务满意度明显优于对照组,术后不良反应发和并发症(恶心呕吐、寒战、腹胀、尿道感染)发生率明显少于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多学科合作的快速康复外科围手术期护理可以有效加速异位妊娠患者康复进程,减少不良反应的发生,提高患者满意度,值得推广使用。

Objective:To explore the methods and application effect of multidisciplinary cooperative rapid rehabilitation nursing mode in perioperative period of laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy.Method:80 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated with laparoscopic surgery from January 2014 to May 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The experiment group adopted the mode of rapid rehabilitation nursing of multi subject cooperation,the control group used the traditional nursing mode,nursing effects were compared between the two groups(postoperative recovery,nursing service satisfaction,adverse reactions and complications rate).Result:The anal exhaust time,average hospitalization time,and ambulation time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,nursing service satisfaction was significantly better than the control group,postoperative adverse reactions and complications rate(nausea,vomiting,chills,abdominal distension,urinary tract infections)were significantly less than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multidisciplinary cooperation rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing can effectively accelerate the rehabilitation process of ectopic pregnancy patients to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improves patients’satisfaction.It is worth popularizing.
