高压氧治疗成人心肺复苏后缺血缺氧性脑病疗效的BAEP评估

BAEP Evaluation of Hyperbaric Oxygen in Treatment of Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy after Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation in Adults

目的:探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检测用于评估高压氧治疗成人心肺复苏后缺血缺氧性脑病疗效的临床价值。方法:选取本院收治住院的心肺复苏后缺血缺氧性脑病患者49例,均行高压氧治疗,并于治疗前后均行BAEP检测,同时对检测结果进行分析。结果:治疗后49例患者中BAEP异常率为40.82%,较治疗前的73.47%有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,患者Ⅰ、Ⅴ波异常率以及Ⅰ～Ⅴ峰间期异常率与治疗前比较均有明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后BAEP恢复正常29例,临床可达到完全恢复。结论:BAEP可有效评估高压氧治疗成人心肺复苏后缺血缺氧性脑病中的效果,同时为患者的预后提供一定的临床依据。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of BAEP in evaluation of hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in adults.Method:49 adults with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy after cardiopulmonary resuscitation treated in our hospital were selected,all received hyperbaric oxygen treatment,and all were given BAEP evaluation before and after treatment,the evaluation data were analyzed.Result:The BAEP abnormity rate after treatment was 40.82%,which was significantly lower than 73.47%before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the waveⅠabnormity rate,waveⅤabnormity rate andⅠ-Ⅴpeak interval abnormity rate were decreased significantlycompared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,29 patients’BAEP returned to normal,and can get full-recovery in clinical treatment.Conclusion:BAEP can effectively evaluate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in adults,and provide a certain clinical basis for the prognosis of patients.
