摘要
目的:探讨血脂和血CA153异常表达对乳腺癌患者转移的危险因素分析。方法:选取2014年5月-2016年12月本院胸外科收治的118例乳腺癌患者,按照有无远处转移分为远处转移组和非远处转移组,比较两组血脂参数和血CA153的表达差异。结果:血LDLC、TC、TG、CA153在远处转移组表达均高于非远处转移组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);血HDLC在远处转移组表达低于非远处转移组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血LDLC、TC、TG与血CA153表达正相关(P<0.05)。多元Logistic回归分析显示,高LDLC血症、高TG血症、高TC血症、血CA153升高是乳腺癌发生转移的独立危险因素(OR值分别为6.352、6.986、3.164、2.934、3.092和5.865)。结论:血脂代谢紊乱和血CA153升高与乳腺癌转移的密切相关,乳腺癌患者需要定期监测血脂变化,必要时及时给予调脂治疗。
Objective:To investigate the risk factor of abnormal expressions of blood lipid and CA153 on metastasis of breast cancer patients.Method:A total of 118 subjects with breast cancer in Thoracic Surgery Department of our hospital from May 2014 to December 2016 were divided into distant metastasis group and non-distant metastasis group,and the differences in lipid index and CA153 expressions of two groups were compared.Result:The expressions of LDLC,TC,TG and CA153 in distant metastasis group were higher than those of non-distant metastasis group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).HDLC in distant metastasis group was lower than that of non-distant metastasis group,but thare was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Positive correlations were observed between LDLC,TC,TG and CA153(P<0.05).By multiple Logistic regression analysis,elevated levels of LDLC,TG,TC and CA153 were independent risk factors for metastasis of breast cancer(OR values were 6.352,6.986,3.164,2.934,3.092 and 5.865).Conclusion:Lipid metabolism disorder is closely related to CA153 elevation.Regular monitoring of blood lipid is suggested to breast cancer patients,and lipid lowering therapy when necessary.
