维持性血液透析实施护理干预措施对其干体重及治疗依从性的影响研究

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Dry Weight and Treatment Compliance in Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的:对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者行以护理干预措施,分析其对于患者干体重以及治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取2016年7月-2017年6月本院收治的MHD患者104例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成试验组和对照组,各52例。试验组行以阶段性护理干预合并常规护理干预,对照组行以常规护理干预,对比两组患者的干体重、治疗依从性及心理状态。结果:试验组体重增加/干体重比值为(3.03±1.02)%,对照组为(6.35±2.03)%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组SAS、SDS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组SAS、SDS评分均显著优于干预前(P<0.05),且试验组SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对MHD患者加以阶段性的护理干预措施能够有效提升患者的治疗依从性,保证治疗顺利进行,同时缓解患者的不良心理状态,促进患者生活质量提升,值得进一步推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on dry weight and treatment compliance in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Method:104 cases of MHD patients in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,52 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with routine nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention,and control group was treated with routine nursing intervention.The dry weight,treatment compliance and psychological state of two groups were compared.Result:The weight gain/dry weight ratio of experimental group was(3.03±1.02)%,and control group was(6.35±2.03)%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,SAS and SDS scores of two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),after intervention,SAS and SDS scores of two groups were significantly better than those of before intervention(P<0.05),and SAS and SDS scores in of experimental group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For MHD patients to nursing intervention stage can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients and ensure smooth treatment,while alleviating the adverse psychological state of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of further promotion.
