生态金融与龙岩市经济转型升级研究

开发绿色金融服务方案,促进生态金融产品创新,事关城乡居民生存环境改善和经济社会转型升级。龙岩市各商业银行均已采取系列措施,推动生态金融发展,助力龙岩地方产业转型升级。但截至目前,龙岩市生态金融意识仍有待强化,绿色金融信贷投入规模较小,生态建设存在一定难度。应通过加强节能减排,推进绿色生产;发展生态经济与绿色农业,推进资源节约与综合利用;推进供给侧结构性改革;创新股权融资方式;加强金融机构风险管控能力;推动精准扶贫以及创新生态补偿市场机制等方式,推动龙岩市实现生态金融创新,推进经济转型升级和可持续发展。

evelopment and innovation of ecological financial products are important to help not only promote the economic transformation and upgrading but also improve the living environment for urban and rural residents.Commercial banks in Longyan have taken some measures in this respect.However,there are still some problems.Awareness of ecological finance need to be strengthened;scale of ecological credit is comparatively small;some difficulties are standing in the way of ecological construction.To advance ecological innovation and to propel economic restructuring in Longyan,the author puts forward several suggestions:encouraging green manufacturing through energy conservation and emissions reduction;utilizing energy and resources more comprehensively through developing ecological economy and agriculture;deepening supply-side structural reform;innovating modes of equity financing;strengthening control of financial institutions;furthering targeted poverty alleviation and creating new compensation mechanisms for ecological conservation efforts.
