众创空间下图书馆智慧服务模式研究 被引量:2

摘要 作为集大众创新为一体的众创空间,为图书馆提升新型服务能力提供了契机。基于众创的智慧图书馆不仅能够高效提供信息传递服务,而且能够有效助推创新创业教育的发展。图书馆众创空间发展基础良好。构建图书馆众创空间,应充分考量布局与功能、资源与服务、团队与管理等主要要素,充分研究国家和地区对于众创空间工作的政策和指导意见,创新服务理念,坚持以读者需求为导向、提供智慧服务的价值取向,基于"众创"理念、再造图书馆空间资源。 Maker spaces integrating crowd innovations provide opportunities for libraries to improve their new-type services.Smart libraries based on crowd innovations can not only offer efficient information transmission but also boost the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.To build a library-based maker space,we should take into full account layout and function,resources and services,team and team management.Moreover,we should study relevant policies and guidelines enacted by the central or local government,innovate our service concepts,offer smart service according to readers’demand and re-engineer library space resources based on the idea of crowd innovation.
