金诚信矿业管理股份有限公司针对不同岩层、不同硐室结构,开发了相应的大型硐室施工新工艺,分别在高应力不良岩层大型硐室、稳定岩层大型硐室、高大型硐室、长大型硐室施工工艺及施工技术上取得了突破,取得了较好的施工效果。针对高应力不良岩层大型硐室,创新采用"323"让抗结合支护技术,分层、分区开挖,超前支护、临时支护、永久支护、壁后注浆相结合,可解决硐室施工易片帮冒顶、超挖严重及施工效率低等技术难题;针对稳定岩层大型硐室,采用中深孔爆破一次成型技术,可实现快速施工;针对破碎岩层高大型硐室施工安全性差等问题,创新采用无轨盘旋斜坡道、上下导硐、天井溜渣、先拱后墙、分层开挖的施工工艺,可解决硐室施工围岩易失稳等技术难题;针对长大型硐室,创新采用先行斜坡道导硐、分部分层刷扩、由上而下施工的施工工序,可解决硐室施工工艺复杂、工期长等技术难题。

According to the different rock strata and different chamber structures,a relevant new tech-nique of the large chamber construction was developed by JCHX Mining Management Company Limit-ed.The construction technique and construction technology applied to the high stress and poor rock larger chamber,stablerocklargechamber,highand largechamberand longand largechamberhad a breakthroughand agood constructioneffecl.Asforthehigh stressand poorrocklargechamber,a“323”yield and resist combined support technology with the slicing and subarea excavation,pilot sup-port,temporary support,permanent support and backfill grouting would be applied to solve the spal-ling and roof falling,serious an oversize excavation,low construction efficiency and other technical dif-ficulties in the chamber construction.According to the stable rock large chamber,the application of the one stepformingtechnologywiththe mediumanddeepboreholes blasting couldrealize arapidcon-struction.According to the poor constructionsafetyandotherproblems ofthehighandlargechamber in the broken rock strata,trackless spiral rampway,up and down pilot roadway,blind shaft of the ore pass,arch construction first and sidewall construction second,slicing excavation construction technique were applied to the innovation and could be applied to solve the surrounding rock stability lost and other technical difficulties in the chamber construction.As for the long and large chamber,a pilot ramp roadway firstly conducted,sec tional slicing reaming and top to bottom construction order were applied to solve the complicated construction techniqueof the chamber,long construction period and other technical problems.
