雷公藤抗氧化酶对福木假尾孢菌毒素侵染的响应

摘要 雷公藤角斑病是危害雷公藤生长的毁灭性病害,福木假尾孢菌毒素在其致病过程中起着重要作用。通过测定在假尾孢菌毒素中培养不同时间的雷公藤叶片超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性变化,研究雷公藤抗福木假尾孢菌毒素的响应。结果表明:在12~24 h内SOD酶活性迅速升高,24 h以后逐步减退,48 h后酶活性又开始回升,到60 h的酶活性值高于初始值;在12~36 h内POD活性逐步上升,36 h以后开始下降,48 h后酶活性又开始回升,到60 h的酶活性值高于初值,且在60 h内POD的活性都高于对照。因此,SOD、POD都可以作为雷公藤抗角斑病的生理指标。 Tripterygium horqes is a devastating disease that jeopardizes the growth of Tripterygium wilfordii,and it plays an important role in its pathogenicity.The effect of triptolide against Fusarium venenatum toxin was studied by measuring the changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)activity in leaves of Tripterygium wilfordii cultured in different periods of time.The results showed that the activity of SOD increased rapidly within 12~24 h and gradually decreased after 24 h.The enzyme activity began to rise again after 48 h,and reached the initial value at 60 h.The POD After 36 h,the activity began to decrease.After 48 h,the enzyme activity started to rise again.The enzyme activity value at 60 h was higher than the initial value,and the activity of POD was higher than the control within 60 h.Therefore,SOD,POD can be used as the physiological indicators of the anti-leaf spot Tripterygium.
