安徽省公共图书馆阅读推广活动研究

An Investigation on the Reading Promotion Activities of Public Libraries in Anhui Province

文章选取了安徽省具有代表性的三所公共图书馆:安徽省图书馆、合肥市图书馆、铜陵市图书馆作为研究对象,统计三所公共图书馆的阅读推广开展情况,时间区间为2016年9月1日至2017年9月1日,着重对三所公共图书馆举办活动的类型进行统计以及权重分析,从而汲取优秀的经验,并发现其发展过程中存在的问题。首先,各馆的主题活动本身存在着不均衡现象,举办系列和专题讲座比重过高,其他活动没有常态化;其次,阅读形式比较单一,阅读效果不理想;再次,公共馆数字资源存在多而杂的问题;最后,各个公共馆在阅读推广上缺乏有效的共享合作。通过分析问题提出:健全规范有效的机制、注重阅读行为的研究、加强数字资源的建设、确立政府主导的地位的建议。

This paper selects three representative public libraries in Anhui Province:Anhui Province Library,Hefei Library and Tongling Library.The paper summarizes the reading promotion activities held from September 1st 2016 to September 1st 2017 in the three public libraries,focusing on the statistical and weight analysis of the types of activities.In this way,we can draw on excellent experiences and find out the problems in the process of development Firstly,there are imbalances in the theme activities of each library,the series seminar is conducted in high proportion,but the other activities are not normalized Secondly,the form of reading is relatively simple,the reading effect is unsatisfactory;Thirdly,the digital resources of public libraries are too many and miscellaneous;Finally,the reading promotion in the public libraries is wanting in effective sharing cooperation.Through analyzing the problems,the article puts forward the following suggestions:build the sound and regulatory mechanism,lay stress on the study of reading behavior,strengthen the construction of digital resources,and carve out the government-led position.
