三级中医药康复治疗脑梗死患者综合临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Comprehensive Rehabilitation of Three Grade Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨三级中医药康复治疗脑梗死患者综合临床效果。方法:选取2016年4月-2017年9月在本院治疗的200例脑梗死患者为研究对象,在严格遵循随机分组的前提下,将患者平均分为研究组和对照组,各100例。对照组患者使用常规西医的治疗方法进行治疗,研究组患者在此基础上使用三级中医药康复治疗的方式进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:从第二个周末起,研究组患者的NIHSS评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);从第二个周末开始,研究组患者肢体运动功能评分、ADL评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);从第一个月末开始,研究组患者的抑郁评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的社会功能、躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能均高于治疗前,且研究组治疗后均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三级中医药康复治疗脑梗死具有良好的临床效果,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the comprehensive clinical efficacy of three grade Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment of cerebral infarction.Method:200 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from April 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the subjects,under the premise of strictly following the randomization,the patients were divided into the study group and the control group,100 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the patients in the study group were treated with three levels of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy,the clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Result:From the second weekend,the study group of patients with NIHSS score were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);from the beginning of the second week,study group of patients with limb motor function score,ADL score were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);from the beginning of the end of the first month,the study group patients with depression scores were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,social function,physical function,role function,cognitive function were higher than those before treatment,and the study group after treatment were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three grade Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment of cerebral infarction has good clinical effect,worthy of further popularization and application.
