摘要
目的:探讨早期先兆流产不同安胎结局与孕囊增长、血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin,β-h CG)水平变化的关系。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年1月本院收治的早期先兆流产实施安胎治疗的早孕期孕妇120例,根据妊娠结局分为有效组(观察至孕周≥10周,无先兆流产症状)83例、无效组37例(在妊娠10周以内出现流产),比较两组孕6~10周孕囊直径增长和孕4~10周血清β-h CG水平变化情况。结果:孕6~10周时,有效组孕囊直径均显著大于无效组(P<0.05),且两组孕囊直径均呈显著增长趋势;孕4~10周时,有效组血清β-h CG水平均显著高于无效组(P<0.05),且两组血清β-h CG水平均呈显著增长趋势;有效组血清β-h CG水平、孕囊直径平均每周增加值均显著高于无效组(P<0.05)。结论:孕早期监测具有先兆流产孕妇的孕囊增长、血清β-h CG水平有利于指导安胎治疗,预测妊娠结局。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between different tocolysis outcomes of early threatened abortion and growth of gestational sac and serumβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)levels.Method:A total of 120 pregnant women of early threatened abortion who were treated with tocolysis in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected.According to the outcome of pregnancy,they were divided into 83 cases of effective group(observation to gestational age over 10 weeks,no symptoms of threatened abortion)and 37 cases of ineffective group(abortion within 10 weeks of pregnancy).The changes of serumβ-hCG levels at 4-10 weeks of pregnancy and growth of gestation sac diameter at 6-10 weeks of pregnancy between two groups were compared.Result:At 6-10 weeks of pregnancy,the diameter of gestation sac in effective group were significantly greater than those of ineffective group(P<0.05),and the diameter of gestation sac were significantly increased between two groups.At 6-10 weeks of pregnancy,the serumβ-hCG levels of effective group were significantly higher than those of ineffective group(P<0.05),and the serumβ-hCG levels of two groups were significantly increased.The average weekly increase of serumβ-hCG levels and the diameter of gestation in effective group sac were significantly higher than those of ineffective group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early pregnancy monitoring with pregnant women with threatened abortion of pregnant bursa growth,serumβ-hCG levels is helpful to guide tocolysis treatment,predict the pregnancy outcome.
