椎针结合推拿治疗痉挛性脑瘫(肝强脾弱型)疗效探讨

Therapeutic Effect of Vertebral Needle Combined with Massage on Spastic Cerebral Palsy (Strong Spleen Asthenia of Liver)

目的:探讨椎针结合推拿治疗痉挛性脑瘫(肝强脾弱型)的疗效。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年6月于本院就诊的痉挛性脑瘫(肝强脾弱型)患儿60例,按照随机数字表法将其分为采用常规西医治疗的对照组和联合椎针及推拿治疗的观察组,各30例。比较两组粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM-88)及改良Ashworth痉挛量表(MAS)评分改善情况,比较两组大脑动脉血流速度及临床疗效差异。结果:治疗后,观察组GMFM-88及MAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组大脑动脉血流速度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的70.00%(21/30)(P<0.05)。结论:椎针结合推拿治疗痉挛性脑瘫(肝强脾弱型)效果显著,可改善运动功能及脑部血流速度,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of vertebral needle combined with massage in treatment of spastic cerebral palsy(strong spleen asthenia of liver).Method:A total of 60 patients with spastic cerebral palsy(strong spleen asthenia of liver)in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into control group which was treated with conventional western medicine and observation group of vertebral needle combined with massage,30 cases in each group.The improvement of gross motor function test(GMFM-88)and modified Ashworth spasticity scale(MAS)score of two groups were compared,the cerebral artery blood flow velocity and the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the scores of GMFM-88 and MAS in observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05),the cerebral artery blood flow velocity of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than 70.00%(21/30)of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of vertebral needle combined with massage on spastic cerebral palsy(strong spleen asthenia of liver)is significant,can improve motor function and cerebral blood flow speed,is worth popularizing.
