互动达标护理对置入PICC导管患者自护能力的影响

Effect of Interactive Standard Nursing on Self-protective Ability of Patients with PICC Catheter

目的:探讨互动达标护理对置入PICC导管患者自护能力的影响。方法:选取2015年2月-2017年9月本院收治的80例PICC带管患者作为研究对象,根据SPSS 21.0统计学软件包将其按照1∶1比例分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施互动达标护理,对比两组患者干预前后自护能力、疾病相关知识变化情况。结果:护理后观察组自护技能、自护责任感、健康知识、自护概念评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对置管后并发症、日常生活护理、置管目的、并发症预防及处理、特殊情况处理知识知晓率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度、并发症发生率分别为97.5%、5.0%,均明显优于对照组的80.0%、22.5%(P<0.05)。结论:互动达标护理可有效提升置入PICC导管患者自护能力,降低并发症发生率及增加患者对护理计划的认同感,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of interactive standard nursing on self-care ability of patients with PICC catheter.Method:A total of 80 cases of PICC in our hospital from February 2015 to September 2017 treated with tube patients were selected as the research objects,according to SPSS 21.0 statistics software package according to the proportion of 1∶1 they were divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing,the observation group was given the interaction standard nursing on the basis of this,before and after intervention of self-care ability,disease related knowledge changes of two groups were compared.Result:The observation group after the nursing skills of self-care,self-care ability,health knowledge,self concept scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group after catheters the purpose of daily life care,complications,catheter,prevention and treatment of complications after special treatment,the knowledge rate were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group nursing satisfaction and complication rate were 97.5%,5.0%,were significantly better than 80.0%and 22.5%the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The interaction standard nursing can effectively improve the placement of PICC catheter in patients with self-care ability,reduce the incidence of complications and increase patient care plan of identity,which is worthy of clinical application.
