Evaluation of Neonatal Resuscitation Training in Rugao City

目的:评估新生儿复苏培训结束时的效果和近期效果。方法:对全市新生儿复苏相关医务人员进行分批培训,通过比较培训前摸底得分与培训结束后测试得分评估培训结束时的效果;复苏培训后5个月组织复苏案例处理竞赛,通过分别比较竞赛得分与复苏培训前后得分评估复苏培训的近期效果。结果:全市新生儿复苏培训分11批次进行,纳入效果评价的医务人员291名。卫生所妇幼医生、医院医生、医院护士复苏前摸底得分与培训后测试得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.715、10.909、5.583,P=0.000)。18名妇产科医生参加复苏案例处理竞赛,竞赛得分与复苏培训前该18名摸底得分比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.751,P=0.098),与该18名复苏培训后测评得分比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.586,P=0.000);与139名妇产科医生复苏培训前摸底得分(F=3.107,P=0.080,t=3.800,P=0.000)、培训结束后测评得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(F=15.086,P=0.000,t=2.135,P=0.036)。结论:复苏培训有助于提高培训结束时的测试得分,但近期效果并不理想,建议构建区域性复苏长效培训体系。

Objective:To evaluate the immediate effect and the short-term effect of neonatal resuscitation training.Method:The medical staff of neonatal resuscitation was trained in batches,then the effect of neonatal resuscitation training were evaluated by comparing the scores before and after the training.A neonatal resuscitation competition was organized after 5 months of training.Finally the short-term effect of neonatal resuscitation training was evaluated comparing the scores of competition with before and after training.Result:Neonatal resuscitation training was conducted in 11 batches,291 medical staff were included.There was significant difference in maternal and child doctors(t=3.715,P=0.000),hospital doctors(t=10.909,P=0.000)and hospital nurses(t=5.583,P=0.000)before and after training.Eighteen obstetricians participated in the recovery competition,the difference was not statistically significant between the competition and before training(t=1.751,P=0.098).The difference was statistically significant between the competition and after training(t=5.586,P=0.000).Compared with 139 obstetricians,the differences were statistically significant between the competition and before training(F=3.107,P=0.080,t=3.800,P=0.000)and after training(F=15.086,P=0.000,t=2.135,P=0.036).Conclusion:Neonatal resuscitation training helps to raise test scores at the end of training,but the short-term results are not satisfactory.We suggest that a long-term training system should be constructed.
