丹红注射液对改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能及血液流变学效果探讨

The Effect of Danhong Injection on the Improvement of Nerve Function and Hemorheology in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析丹红注射液对改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能及血液流变学的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年6月-2016年6月本院收治的急性脑梗死患者94例,将患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各47例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予丹红注射液,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率为91.49%,高于对照组的76.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的红细胞比容、血浆比黏度、全血比黏度高切、全血比黏度低切均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者纤维蛋白原水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丹红注射液可明显改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损以及血液流变学,临床作用安全有效,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Danhong Injection on the improvement of nerve function and hemorheology in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method:94 cases of acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,47 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,the treatment group was given Danhong Injection on the basis of the control group,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total efficiency of the observation group was 91.49%,higher than 76.60%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hematocrit,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity at high shear rate,low share whole blood viscosity of the treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the level of fibrinogen between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Danhong Injection can obviously improve the nerve function defect and hemorheology in acute cerebral infarction,the clinical effect is safe and effective,it is worth popularizing.
