分层次管理应用在临床护理管理工作中的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Hierarchical Management Application in Clinical Nursing Management

目的:分析分层次管理应用在临床护理管理工作中的效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年1月在本院临床一线工作护理人员110名,依据随机数表法分为两组,每组55名。对照组实施常规护理管理模式,观察组实施分层次管理模式,分析并对比两组护理人员工作积极性、理论知识和操作技能水平、工作效率及护理质量,并比较患者和医生对两组护理人员的满意度。结果:与对照组比较,观察组护理人员工作积极性、理论知识和操作技能水平、工作效率、护理质量、患者和医生满意度均较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床护理管理工作中采取分层次管理模式,能显著加强护理人员的理论知识和操作技能水平,增强其工作积极性,缩短医护距离,从而提升护理工作效率和护理质量,提高患者和医生对护理人员的满意度,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of hierarchical management in clinical nursing management.Method:From January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital clinical nursing staff of 110,according to randomly divided into two groups,55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management mode,the observation group was given the hierarchical management model,analyzed and compared two groups of nursing staff working enthusiasm,knowledge and skills level,work efficiency and nursing quality,patient and physician satisfaction of two groups of nursing staff.Result:Compared with the control group,the nurses work enthusiasm,theoretical knowledge and skills,work efficiency,high quality of care,patients and doctors satisfaction of the observation group were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopt the hierarchical management model in clinical nursing management,nursing staff can significantly strengthen the theoretical knowledge and skills,enhance their work enthusiasm,reduce the medical distance,so as to enhance the work efficiency and quality of nursing care,improve patient and physician satisfaction of nursing staff,and is worthy of promotion.
