摘要
目的:探讨分析水溶性润滑剂在复用性医疗器械中的有效应用。方法:回顾性分析2015年12月-2016年12月本院消毒供应中心800件医疗器械采用不同方法进行保养的临床资料,将所有器械随机分为对照组和观察组,每组400件。观察半年后不同保养方式下器械的损耗情况及锈蚀程度,针对结果分析水溶性润滑剂在复用性医疗器械中的应用,总结相关影响因素和使用注意事项。结果:观察组损耗率为1.5%,低于对照组的11.0%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=25.816,P<0.05)。观察组器械锈蚀程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=6.416,P<0.05)。结论:复用金属医疗器械使用水溶性润滑剂保养效果优于传统的石蜡油,水溶性润滑剂具有良好的性能,可在器械表面形成一层保护膜,有效保障医疗器械的质量,防止器械锈蚀,降低器械耗损,且具有良好的水蒸气穿透性,不影响器械高压灭菌结果。
Objective:To explore the effective application of water-soluble lubricants in reusable medical devices.Method:The clinical data of 800 medical devices were retrospectively analyzed from December 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital,all the instruments were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,400 pieces in each group.The loss of equipment and the degree of corrosion were observed under different maintenance modes after six months,the application of water-soluble lubricants in reusable medical devices,summarizes the relevant influencing factors and the use of precautions.Result:The loss rate of the observation group was 1.5%,which was lower than 11.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Χ2=25.816,P<0.05).The degree of corrosion of the apparatus in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=6.416,P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of water soluble lubricants for reusable metal medical instruments is better than the traditional paraffin oil,water-soluble lubricant has good performance,can form a layer of protective film on the surfaces,effectively protect the quality of medical equipment and instruments to prevent corrosion,reduce the loss of equipment,and has a good penetration of water vapor,does not affect the equipment high pressure sterilization results.
