摘要
信息化时代下提升高职教师信息化教学能力是高职教育发展中的首要任务。从TPCK理论框架出发,通过文献查阅、访谈调查、专家评议等方法,总结和分析了高职教师信息化教学能力在发展中存在的问题,在此基础上,结合高职教育教学的特点,以TPCK理论为指导,对高职教师信息化教学能力体系进行了描述,并对信息化教学能力培养体系的构建提出了相关建议。
In such an era that information technology develops rapidly,it is the most important task for higher vocational colleges to cultivate the higher vocational teachers’informationalized teaching ability.Based on the theory of TPCK,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems existed in the development of informationization teaching ability of higher vocational teachers through literature review,interview investigation and expert evaluation.On this basis,combining the characteristics of higher vocational education,this paper expatiates the information teaching ability system of higher vocational teachers,and puts forward relevant suggestions on the construction of information teaching ability system.
