摘要
详细介绍了TiAl金属间化合物多孔膜应用于TiCl_4工业过滤的基础研究。研究了终端过滤原理,考察了滤膜孔径和外加电压对TiCl_4过滤性能的影响,结果表明孔径为4μm的分离膜可适用于固含量为8.5%的粗TiCl_4分离提纯,当外加电压为7.5V时,过滤稳定周期最长,过滤速度衰减最慢,完全满足生产过滤要求。
This paper introduces the basic research of the porous TiAl intermetallic membrane applied to TiCl 4 industrial filtration.The principle of terminal filtration was studied,and the influence of pore diameter and applied voltage on the filtration properties of TiCl4 was investigated.The results illustrate that 4μm separation membrane can be applied to coarse TiCl4 separation purification with solid content of 8.5%.When the applied voltage is 7.5 V,the filter cycle is the longest,and filtration speed attenuation is the slowest,which fully meets the production filtration requirement.
