摘要 研究柳蒿Artemisia integrifolia Linn.地上部分的化学成分。采用溶剂萃取、硅胶柱色谱、硅胶薄层色谱的方法进行分离纯化,通过化合物的理化性质和核磁共振谱等数据进行结构分析鉴定。柳蒿地上部分的共分离鉴定4种化合物,分别鉴定为:对香豆酸十二酯(1),5-羟基-6,7,3',4'-四甲氧基黄酮(2),泽兰替灵(3),棕榈酸辛酯(4)。化合物1、4为首次从蒿属植物中分离;化合物3为首次从柳蒿中分离。 The chemical constituents from the aerial parts of Artemisia integrifolia has been studied.The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by extraction,partition and various column chromatographic methods.Their structures were determined on the basis of physical and chemical properties and spectral analyses.Four compounds were isolated from the acetidin extract in A.integrifolia with the structures identified as dodecyl-p-coumarate(1),5-hydroxy-6,7,3',4'-tetramethoxy-flavone(2),eupatilin(3),octylpalmitate(4).Compounds 1 and 4 are isolated from the plants of Artemisia Linn for the first time and compounds 3 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
