摘要
通过共沉淀法制备了钴掺杂的四氧化三铁纳米颗粒,通过对产物的TEM表征,可以看出,产物为粒径为15 nm左右的球形颗粒,结晶很好。同时,对产物进行能谱表征,数据说明钴元素很好地掺杂到了四氧化三铁纳米颗粒中,这对于纳米颗粒的掺杂改性有着重要的意义。
Cobalt doped Fe3O4 nanoparticles were prepared by coprecipitation method.Through the TEM characterization of the products,it can be seen that the products are spherical particles with particle size of 15 nm and have good crystallization.At the same time,the products were characterized by energy spectrum.The data indicate that cobalt is well doped into Fe3O4 nanoparticles,which is of great significance for the doping modification of nanoparticles.
