Cyanex923浸渍树脂对苯酚的吸附研究

摘要 本文使用Cyanex923浸渍树脂对苯酚进行吸附,以模拟除去废水溶液中微量苯酚。首先,采用静态吸附法对苯酚的吸附进行研究,考察了苯酚初始浓度、树脂用量、吸附时间、吸附温度等因素对吸附量的影响。实验结果表明,Cyanex923浸渍树脂对苯酚的吸附量随着苯酚初始浓度的增大而增大,随着吸附时间的增加而增大,在6 h时达到平衡。树脂用量增加和吸附温度降低均有利于苯酚的吸附。树脂对苯酚的最大吸附容量为22.84 mg/g。其次,吸附等温研究表明Langmuir等温模型(R2=0.9853)能较好地描述该浸渍树脂对苯酚的吸附过程,即该吸附属于单分子层吸附。二级动力学拟合的相关系数R2=0.9858,更适合描述该树脂对苯酚的吸附过程。 In order to simulate the removal of trace phenol in wastewater solution,the adsorption of phenol by Cyanex923-impregnated resin was studied.First of all,using the static adsorption method,the influence factors of adsorptive capacity of phenol were investigated such as phenol initial concentration,dosage of resin,adsorption temperature,and adsorption time.The experimental results show that the adsorption quantity of phenol on the Cyanex923-impregnated resin increases with the increasing of initial concentration of phenol and the adsorption time until the adsorption reaches equilibrium in 6 hours.Increased resin dosage and reduced adsorption temperature benefit the adsorption,and the maximum adsorption capacity is 22.84 mg/g.Then,Langmuir isotherm model(R2=0.9853)can describe the absorption process of phenol well,namely,the adsorption is monolayer adsorption.Secondary kinetic fitting correlation coefficient R2=0.9858,means pseudo second-dynamic model is more suitable for describing the adsorption process of phenol.
