急性复发性胆源性胰腺炎的复发影响因素分析

Analysis of Influential Factors of Recurrence of Acute Recurrent Biliary Pancreatitis

目的:探讨急性胆源性胰腺炎患者的疾病复发情况,分析并总结导致复发的相关危险因素。方法:选取2015年4月-2017年4月本院收治检查后确诊的急性胆源性胰腺炎患者340例,根据患者是否复发将其分为复发组和单发组。对患者进行风险因素问卷调查,分析急性复发性胆源性胰腺炎疾病复发的相关危险因素。结果:340例急性胆源性胰腺炎患者中,复发63例(18.53%),未复发277例(81.47%)。两组胆石症家族史、高脂饮食、性别、高胆固醇血症、糖尿病史、白蛋白水平、血清甘油三酯水平升高比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性复发性胆源性胰腺炎患者的疾病复发与胆石症家族史、高脂饮食、高胆固醇血症、糖尿病史、白蛋白水平、血清甘油三酯水平等因素存在密切相关性,在临床治疗工作中,应针对上述危险因素性给予相应的处理及预防对策,降低疾病复发情况,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the recurrence of acute gallstone pancreatitis,and to analyze and summarize the related risk factors that lead to the recurrence.Method:A total of 340 patients with acute biliary pancreatitis diagnosed in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected.According to the recurrence of the patient,they were divided into recurrent group and single group.A risk factor questionnaire was conducted to analyze the risk factors for the recurrence of acute recurrent biliary pancreatitis.Result:Of the 340 cases of acute biliary pancreatitis,63 cases(18.53%)were recurred,and 277 cases(81.47%)were not recurred.The cholelithiasis family history,high fat diet,gender,hypercholesterolemia,diabetes history,albumin level,serum triglyceride level between two groups were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The recurrence of acute recurrent biliary pancreatitis is closely related to the factors such as cholelithiasis family history,high fat diet,hypercholesterolemia,diabetes history,albumin level,serum triglyceride level.In clinical treatment work,we should give corresponding treatment and preventive measures against these risk factors,so as to reduce the recurrence of disease and improve the clinical effect.
