摘要
将木霉(Tricheoderma Spp.)菌株TR121、TR358、TL09制成含2x10^8个/g孢子可湿性粉剂(WP),用于防治藏红花枯萎病的室内生测。结果显示,经TL09 WP处理的藏红花,枯萎病情指数(DS)显著地低于(P≤0.05)经TR121、TR358和化学药剂75%百菌清以及清水对照处理的DS。将TL09 WP继续用于2015和2016年防治藏红花枯萎病的田间药效试验。经TL09 WP 1kg/亩(TR1)和2 kg/亩(TR2)处理的藏红花,其DS和防治效果(ERDC)分别显著地(P≤0.05)低于或高于化学药剂75%百菌清(TR3,仅在2015年)和空白处理(TR4)。同时,经TR1和TR2处理藏红花的产量,也分别显著地(P≤0.05)高于TR3(仅在2015年)和TR4。
An indoor screening test was conducted with wettable powder(WP)formulations containing 2x10 8/g conidial spores of strain TR121,TR358 or TL09 of Trichoderma spp.to prevent and control Saffron blight.The results showed that the disease severity(DS)of the saffron plants(SP)treated with TL09 WP was significantly lower(P≤0.05)than that of the treatments of TR121 WP,TR358 WP,75%chemical chlorothalonil and water controls.The formulation of TL09 WP was continually used in a field efficacy test to control the disease of Saffron blight in 2015 and 2016.The results revealed that the DS and the efficacy rate of disease control(ERDC,%)of the SP treated with TL09 WP of 15 kg/Hm 2(TR1)and 30 kg/Hm 2(TR2)were significantly lower or higher(P≤0.05),respectively,than that of 75%chlorothalonil WP(TR3,only in 2015)and the control treatment(TR4).Meanwhile,the yields of the SP in TR1 and TR2 were significantly higher(P≤0.05)than that in TR3(only in 2015)and TR4.
