江西省部分地区水稻二化螟抗药性检测 被引量:1

Insecticide Resistance Tests of Chilo suppressalis from Different Counties in Jiangxi Province

摘要 用浸渍法测定了江西省万安、崇仁、进贤、余干、奉新、安义、永修、九江县等地二化螟对多杀菌素、甲维盐、阿维菌素的相对抗性。结果表明,奉新和进贤两个县区二化螟种群对多杀菌素相对抗性水平相似;万安、奉新和进贤地区二化螟种群对甲维盐的相对抗性基本一致,而永修和余干地区二化螟相对甲维盐相对抗性水平分别为6.2倍和4.5倍;永修、九江、万安、崇仁、进贤地区二化螟对阿维菌素抗性水平相差不大,但是余干地区二化螟对阿维菌素抗性相对较高(7.6倍)。 Resistance of Chilo suppressalis to insecticides pleocidin?emamectin benzoate and abamectin were tested on larvae collected from 7 counties in Jiangxi Province by using larvae dipping tests.Results show that the resistances of C.suppressalis to pleocidin between those collected from Fengxin and Jinxian Counties were not significantly different.The resistances of C.suppressalis to emamectin benzoate were basically consistent in those collected from Wan’an,Fengxin and Jinxian Counties,while the resistances of C.suppressalis collected from Yongxiu and Yugan Counties to emamectin benzoate were 6.2 and 4.5 times high.The resistances of C.suppressalis to abamectin were similar in those collected from Yongxiu,Jiujiang,Wan’an,Chongren and Jinxian Counties,however the resistance of C.suppressalis to abamectin was 7.6 times high in Yugan County.
