摘要
荀子"辨"的思想视界蕴示着人贵有"辨"、由"辨"而"辩"和礼之治"辨"三个重要组成部分,其分别指向道德理性、语言逻辑和社会治理,并由此组成了一个"三而一"式的有机统一整体。具体言之,人贵有"辨"的道德理性主要解决了人物之别、天人之分与人自身结构之辨。由"辨"而"辩"的语言逻辑明确提出了君子必辩以及期、命、辨、说四种思维形态。礼治之"辨"的社会治理方式则蕴含了社会人群的等级贵贱之"辨"、亲疏远近之"辨"以及和同秩序之"辨"——明分使群的礼序观。
The realm of Xunzi,s“Bian”has three important components:the nobleness of man lies in*Bian”,fSom*Bian”(distinguish)to*debate”,and using ritual to govern*Bian”.It points to moral reasoning,language logic and social governance,and thus an organic unity of*trinity”is constituted.In particular,the principle of*Bian”is the moral rationality of human being which is used to distinguish the differences between man and animal,nature and structure of human beings.From*Bian”(distinguish)to*debate”,this concept clearly puts forward that a gentleman should debate and have four types of thinking:Qi,Ming,Bian,and Shuo.The social governance mode of using ritual to govern*Bian”contains the propriety and order which delivers the*Bian”for social groups,close and distant kinsmen and harmonious orders.
