校企合作背景下高职院校素质教育体系建设研究

System Construction Research of Quality Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of University-Enterprise Cooperation

校企合作背景下高职院校素质教育体系建设,需要从全员全过程全方位育人的工作机制入手,将综合素质教育同职业素质教育和职业技能培养紧密结合起来。从素质教育的"五个平台、两个机制、五支队伍"三方面提出相应的完善建议,构建符合高职特色的"五二五"学生素质教育体系,提高高职院校学生的综合素质,促进高职院校素质教育的顺利开展。

Under the background of university-enterprise cooperation,the construction of caliber education of higher vocational colleges should start with the mechanism of comprehensive talent cultivation by all teaching staff through the whole process and combine comprehensive quality education with professional quality education and vocational skill training closely.The paper puts forward the corresponding perfection suggestions on three aspects of"five platforms,two mechanisms and five teams"of quality education.This paper constructs the system of"five two five"students'quality education in accordance with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges to improve students'comprehensive quality and promote smooth development of quality education in higher vocational colleges.
